Next Step's Child Enrichment Center along with its sister company Next Step Therapy, Inc. currently employs 38 people. We accept and keep resumes for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists at all times. Therapists for these companies are primarily on the road providing in home therapy for children. We do have an outpatient clinic, and some therapists do see adults through Visiting Nurses Agencies. These companies provide outstanding hourly compensation, full benefits for those who work 30 hours per week or more, and a truly flexible schedule. We are one of the few companies out there who still actually provide a summer employee picnic, and a catered Christmas party with entertainment. Next Step currently provides services to children in Western Pennsylvania from as far North as Erie, to as far South as Butler.
